Sauerkraut & Eggs

Cast Iron cooking time is a staple when you live with appliances. One of our weekly dinners is Hot Links and Sauerkraut. One of our favorite breakfasts is spinach and eggs.  Both are always cooked in our cast iron on our small propane camping burner. After our evening supper of hot links and kraut,  The next morning I experimented and just threw in the eggs. Wow! It was better than our favorite spinach and eggs. I don't think we have bought a can of spinach since. Try it. Diced onions, oil, paprika, garlic, salt pepper, drained sauerkraut, and hot links.  Mmmmmm good.
